must remove plugin but cannot access wp/admin

    I’ve not been able to access my WP/admin site. The page has been coming up blank since Sat, 5-24. As an alternate, I was given a URL to login but I get an error message.

    I must learned from HostIcan that the problem is an Amazon.com plugin in installed. Now, how can I gain access to the site so I can remove the plugin? OR can a WP administrator remove the plugin which may retore my access to my wp/admin??

    Any ideas??

    You are your own WP administrator…

    Why not just FTP to your site and delete the plugin?

    I selected from the plugin options w/i my wp/admin

    I looked up FTP and I’m now downloading filezilla

    We can’t help you there, but I bet your web host could help you use FTP to connect to their server.
