    Anyhow, to the point,

    User sent a message two days ago, got two immediate replies.
    He presented 4 issues.
    1. a problem with his site working, tough, but a problem
    2. not really a problem, but I assume he was sure it was
    3. a bug on some configurations, that we were not able to resolve yet
    4. an issue that was never one.

    His third email didn’t get a fast reply, he resent his message and than decided to post this “review” here. less than 48 hours from the original support request.

    If anyone expects to get help in this time frame and this attitude, freely and quickly, I guess that you are in the wrong place. Find some other developer to bug, please 🙂
