Clean, professional theme – great features

Aside from using themes for blogging at wordpress.com, this has been my first website built with WordPress. I’ve experimented with lots of themes over the past few weeks, and they all seem to have glitches and niggles here and there. This theme has been excellent, even though I had to tinker with the CSS a bit (just guesswork, really) to reduce the padding around the header and change most of the links to the colour I wanted.

When I had a query about making sure the slider was visible on the home page only, Theme Horse answered my direct email (rather than the forum post) promptly and it sorted my problem. I think it’s an excellent theme. I see the posts about glitches and criticisms about response times. Let’s be realistic here – the way I see it, some guys from the other side of the world have invested time and effort in designing an amazing theme, make it available for free, use the English language to a very high standard, and send out a reply within 10 minutes from the foot of Mount Everest.
