Many Pages not working

    Within the last few hours, much of my WordPress website has stopped working. When I try to access the pages, I receive the following error message:

    Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: Permission denied in Unknown on line 0

    Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required ‘/usr/www/users/gwark/sitkanature/index.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/lib/php’) in Unknown on line 0

    I have made no changes to my installation or account, so I don’t think I did anything to cause this problem. My webhost (pair.com) said they have done nothing to change the php settings, so that seems unlikely to be the problem either.

    Any suggestions?

    A few pages do work, including:
    http://www.sitkanature.org/life/
    and
    http://www.sitkanature.org/wordpress/

    Anything deeper returns the same error, however.
