A little more info would be helpful.
When you do multiple paged articles..It lists it like
Pages 1 2 3 4 etc
Can I change it so it looks like
Pages 1 2 3 4 etc
Can someone tell me how to edit the “Pages” caption?
I’ve been trying and trying, but I dont find the page where I can edit that word.

The function exists in /wp-includes/post-template.php starting on line 418.
(Just open it up in Notepad, hit CTRL+F, and search “wp_link_pages”.)
From there you can edit the code that comes directly before and directly after, change “Pages:” to say whatever you want, change the list of page numbers to a “next” link, and so on.
