Connecting 2 blogs/API Keys?

I asked this question earlier but no one replied because I think it was way too confusing 🙂

Anyways, I have 2 blogs using the wordpress.org software with my host. How can I get those two blogs “connected” where I log into wordpress.com and they are both on my dashboard?

I have an account on wordpress.com and I used to have a free blog (I just deleted it). When I log into that it gives me links to my one blog from my host but not my other one. I don’t remember how I even connected that one blog to that wordpress.com account. Any help?

Also, when I use wordpress stats I need an API Key – do I need separate API keys for two separate blogs? THANKS!
