Cannot reinitialize the FB Log in

I updated the plugin to 3.1 and then later 3.1.1 and my issues still can’t be resolved.
Tried to get FB page not showing up issue yesterday (not sure why thread was closed). I updated to 3.1 this morning and had a list of my FB pages to choose from. The page I need still wasn’t in the list.
After the 3.1 update, I had a fun time trying to figure out how to connect my app code. There was no obvious button so I just clicked around until something happened. I was able to connect my app.
After connection, I was able to see a list of pages my account has admin privileges to. The page I need in particular was not there. In the 2.9 version of this plugin I was able to connect my app, and then log into FB successfully, so I was able to give my app permissions. With the update, I thought I would try deleting the app privileges in FB so I could go reup them. Now I get this error below and I cannot start the process over again by reconnecting my app. “App cpnnected” has a hover state, but doesn’t do anything when I click on it.
