Customer payment page

Hello,
I create an order. I sent the “customer payment page link” to customer but when he click the pay for order button, checkout page redirect to cart page.It gives the following warnings:
Checkout is not available whilst your cart is empty.
Your cart is currently empty.https://atlasvakfi.org/checkout/order-pay/2292?pay_for_order=true&key=order_57c5a364e7474
But, When I add different product to cart and then I click link, page works fine.
