Theme customiztion in multistes

Hi,

I am going to use one theme for my different websites in my wpmu cms.
But I’d like to change only the CSS styles for each site.

Do I have to install it one time, in each site?
Another option?

(Something that I thought by myself… To install it one time and add child themes in each site? )
