@amindfulway – Any chance you can make a small screen recording demonstrating the issue? Happy to help but not sure I completely understand what your describing.
There are plenty of free tools and even Chrome browser extensions that will allow you to create a small animated gif for instance of part of your screen.
Hi there,
Here’s a clip showing the problem.
@amindfulway – Don’t see a link. Can you repost it.
@amindfulway – Ok, now that I have seen it I can confirm I haven’t seen that issue before. It looks like some extra CSS is being applied from somewhere. Both the metabox is being set to overflow scroll, and the dropdown is set to relative position rather than absolute.
If you can inspect them with your browser tools and find where that css is coming from would be a start, possibly another plugin I am assuming.
If you prefer and its an option you can send us temporary admin credentials via your admin Popup Maker -> Contact Us, or via https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ in which case I should be able to track it down pretty quickly.
Howdy,
Thanks for your assistance.
I logged a support request & provided login details.
Cheers
