Looks like your plugin is incompatible with your WP version. Check the plugin homepage or the plugin database here and see if you need to update the plugin or WP itself. If you can’t, disable it like krembo99 suggested or roll back your WP installation to a version that does work with the plugin if you desperately require the plugin to work.
But how to disable. Nothing is working now. Only giving this error.

Broken plugins can be deactivated by deleting the plugin files from wp-content/plugins/
In other words, use an ftp client, and delete the plugin file(s).
I find another way. I commented the whole plugin file.
