woocommerce product thumbnails tiny in accesspress

    Hi – am loving working with accesspress parallax theme and am feeling comfortable working with it now.

    One problem I can solve is the woocommerce product widget thumbnails being resized to a tiny 32px x 32px.

    I’ve followed all their dimension recommendations going via woocommerce>settings>display etc. and then regenerating thumbnails but to no avail. They still display at 32px square.

    I have a feeling that the them .css may be overwriting them.

    Any advice/suggestions would be great 🙂

    Hi Thetrain

    I just had a look at your site (http://www.calderaclothing.com.au/shop/)

    The images is displaying nice and big on my end 300px x 273px

    Might i ask what browser you are using? in some rare cases it could be that the plugin is incompatible with some browsers.

    Yes, the product page displays the thumbs fine. It’s in the parallax section where the woocommerce products plugin is where they display at 32px square.

    This is across multiple browsers and mobile too so I don’t believe that’s the issue.

    Any help to solve this would be great.

    Have a look in your woocommerce.css script (you might need to ftp into your site) find this line ul.product_list_widget li img after you have found it delete width: 32px;

    And you are all done.

    Thanks for the suggestion Ruben. I removed the section you suggested from woocommerce.css and then regegerated thumbnails but to no avail – they were still showing as 32 x 32 so still no solution. It seems that is all through the css file.

    Thanks Shane – if you have a look at the site under ‘featured products’, the thumbnails are showing as miniature – just 32 pixels square, and I’m looking for a way to display them larger.

    Viewing the site on both firefox and internet explorer on PC and on andorid through the internet browser. Issue is the same throughout all.

    I’ll leave the site open for another 24 hours or so, but will then have to put maintenance mode back on.

    From what I can figure that plug in is designed to show as a list, so that’s where the issue’s coming from. Thanks for the advice above.

    I’ll look for alternate plug ins that do what I’m after.
