Plugin's Url and name in admin menu change ?

    hi, I need some help about changing plugin’s url and name
    I have a free template but It came with some plugins and they don’t have plugin folder in /plugins.

    1. It has making urls /timeline/ ı wanna change it in my site how can do it ?
    http://www.tcmline.com/url.PNG I wanna change this timeline text in my all urls

    2. I want to change plugin names in my admin menu.
    http://www.tcmline.com/menuname.PNG for example “Timeline” how can i change it ?
