team fundraiser plugin idea

I am interested in finding a plugin for a ‘fundraiser store’, where, for example a kids’ team could sell a bunch of products online, collect the money either by cheque or paypal/stripe, and then fulfill the orders all in one day after they are received. I assume I could just create a store, with the products being sold, and their prices.

It would need:

-It is non-profit, so it would have to be free or reasonably-priced (short term)
-some kind of method to print how many of each product was ordered, and a list of each customer’s order (export to a database would be great)
-some additional inputs on the customer information form to link the customer to the child they were supporting (ie. the blue team, for Billy Smith)
-the ability to add a small percentage to recoup the fees for online ordering, so for example it would add 3% to any orders not paid by cheque.

Is this something your plugin could help with, along with Woo Commerce?
