quiz email not sending

    Problem:
    We have our online quizzes set up so that any visitor to our website can take them. They do not have to log in. We give them the option to enter an email address at the top so they will be sent a copy of their quiz results.

    This has been working great, but we have a specific customer who reports that no matter how many times she takes the quiz and clicks on “See my results” it does not send her an email. I have verified with her that the email is not in her Spam or Trash, and I have also made sure she was searching for the correct email address. She is just not getting the emails. She uses Gmail and her browser is Firefox. Are there any known conflicts with specific browsers or email hosts?

    there are no known issues with any email hosts. You can install a free plugin like Postman SMTP and set SMTP for email sending. Watu will send through it.
