Changing Button Text with CSS, how ?

Changing that may be possible with CSS. Using pseudo selectors like :after or :before you may be able to use the content CSS properties. Using your developer tools you can find the needed elements. If you don’t know how to access your browser’s developer tools you can check out:

Though, I do have to ask the question of why you don’t want to edit the PHP files? If a screen-reader is being used it won’t match what is being shown.
