    Hi,

    Can you please upload a screenshot of the MC4WP settings pages where it shows the success message field being filled?

    MAilChimp for WP > Messages.

    What is the version number of your MailChimp for WP and Boxzilla plugin please? Do any updates show?

    I am using the latest version Boxzilla and MailChimp for WP

    Boxzilla – Version 3.1.4
    MailChimp for WP – Version 4.0.3

    Here is the screenshot showing the other message if the email is invalid.

    I am expecting the same result for the success message but it is just going back to the subscribe window without the ‘Successfully subscribed’ message.

    Hello @goldlepper,

    Can you please add the form shortcode on a standard page and share the link with us? Also, please go to “MailChimp for WP > Others” and let us know if any errors are listed.

    Hello,

    I tried to remove the redirection (Redirect to URL after successful sign-ups) and it is working now. I am not sure if that did the trick but it is working now.
