Regular expression and url redirect

Hello,
i have multisite on two languages En and ES. Both are loading fine and i have redirect rule /* , redirecting all urls within base to /en. How can i make expression to redirect all urls to /en except homepage. I dont want homepage to have domain.com/en i want because of SEO just domain.com.Any suggestions.
