• Hi all,
I’m trying to install wordpress at a server which has PHP5 installed since yesterday (stupid hosting company).
    I downloaded wordpress-2004-07-28.zip
Everything went ok, but login didn’t work, because wordpress was looking for http://url/wp-admin instead of http://url/weblog/wp-admin
I went to http://url/weblog/wp-admin/post.php manually, entered the right location for the weblog at options and tried to save. Since that moment I’m getting the error:
    CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.
Anyone knows what to do next? Within which file is this path to the log saved? I probably need to set it back to the old values. Entering the admin manually till the next stable version is out, is ok with me.

    update:
found the information I wanted (within the table wp_options), but it doesn’t help. Still the same error

    next update:
closing the browser helps. The error happens about 25% of all the times I try to enter admin. I can live with that for the time being.
For all the other people with this error:
close your browser, and try again. Keep trying!
