CTF 7 version 4.5 does not send email on WP 4.6 | WordPress.org

My contact form 7 version 4.5 form does not send email after Word Press updated to version 4.6 even though the send message says it has been sent. “Thank you for your order. It has been sent.”
Does anyone have such problem with CTF 7 4.5 and WP 4.6? Thanks.

Yes a small number of sites I updated appear to be experiencing issues. It has been said that its due to Version 4.6 email call settings. I’m using SMTP on a few of my sites which is doing the trick
