Export or print all media

I have taken over the admin of a high school department website.

Over the years the media library has been used to place documents as a method of distribution to the students and families.

I am setting up a meeting with the department directors to go over the mission of the website, and I want to include a full review of every document saved to the site. With no real naming convention or methodology in place to indicate the current relevance of a document, I am faced with opening and printing each document so we can review them quickly.

Is there any way of executing a mass download of all the documents to my computer so that I could complete the printing process. It looks like the only way I have available is to do this one at a time… I see posts about exporting, but that seems related to moving from one site to another.
