Running WordPress 4.5.3 running a child theme of Twenty Fifteen.
When I hover of the text (or image) that should trigger the popup, I get a flickering popup, as if it’s trying to show it and animating the display, but then changing it’s mind, closing it again, then trying one more – resulting in a flickering popup in different sizes.
