Two silly quetions…

…that I can’t solve :S
– The menu on the right, when I change the resolution of the screen, it doesn’t adapt to the new size, as other elements do. What can I do?
– I have tried to change the color background of outside the boy of the post, and inside it, but I couldn’t. Any idea?
