    Hey there,

It could be a few things, please for starters check these 2.

    1. You have the wp_head() and wp_footer() calls in your header.php and footer.php files respectively.

    2. You have turned the shortcode option on from the admin area.

Can you also show me the code you are using to add the shortcode and where you are putting it exactly.

    All the best

Hey, sorry for the late response. This site is just one of a few I’m working on.

I’m not totally sure what you mean by having those calls in my header and footer. Is that something I need to do manually? Do I just copy and paste those calls or is there more to it?

I did turn the shortcode option on in the admin. The shortcode I’m using is [responsive_menu]

    Hey there,

No problem! Yes, those calls need to be manually inserted in your header.php and footer.php files.

Any theme should have them as they are part of WordPress requirements for a theme to work properly so if they are not there then you need to think about getting a new theme!

    All the best
