Unstructured " New User Notification" to Admin

Dear Team,

I am reeving the user registration details in my “Admin E-mail Address” given, But it is completely in a unstructured way. Moreover all the drop down fields are showing on the top of the email body.

Even I saw one of your reply that we can use customize email tag e.g {display_name} but again I am unable to figure the tag name that I can add to my email for the respective fields.

Kindly suggest how to change the structure of the same.
