It might be part of the theme not the plugin; but on my user profile pages the links for email, youtube, facebook, etc are only visible when you move the cursor over them.

How do I make them visible all the time?

I may have misstated. If I could change the text color of the links that would also solve my problem; but I’ve been having trouble finding the line of code that controls it.
