Add "join newsletter?" checkbox

Hey guys,

I want to add an option for buyers to be added to our newsletter. I’m not using MailChimp so I can’t use the intergration plugin for that.
I just want the clients to have the option upon ordering to join the mailinglist, and if they tick it – to see it in my order confirmation email. I will manually add their email address to our records.

How is it possible?
