• Hi there,

Today I needed to manually enter an order, for a customer in a country other than the site’s base country.

To get the correct currency to show up, I entered their billing details, and saved a draft order. The order then updated the currency, which was great.

But, when adding products, it uses the base price, rather than the converted price.

Is this something you can resolve in a future release? Ideally, once a site has multi-currency support it should work throughout the site (coupons, manual orders, customer orders, etc.). What are your thoughts on that?

    Thank you,

    Jonathan

I’ve also sent you the above via email (to support@booster.io). I’ve receive no reply (in three days), and also no reply to another email I sent to your support address on June 15th, which I sent again on August 21. Is this plug-in still being supported? Since I have raised numerous issues with the Multi-currency functionality, and I’ve not heard back, I am thinking perhaps I should not rely on Booster for that function. Would you agree, or can these issues be resolved?

    Hi,

Sorry for the delay. So far I’ve managed to add “Admin Order Currency” option to the plugin, so you can manually select order currency. Please download the development version here – http://booster.io/dev/. You will need to uninstall the old version first (don’t worry your saved settings won’t disappear).

New option is located in “Orders” module (in “WooCommerce > Settings > Booster > Shipping & Orders > Orders”). So you have to enable “Orders” module, and “Admin Order Currency” option there.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Best regards,
    Tom

    Hi Tom,

Thanks for the reply. I’d find it much easier to get support through your ticketing system. Is that system no longer working? Logging into public forums is far less convenient.

I will try out the dev version. Thanks for coding that solution so quickly.

The other issue I’ve raised (by email on your support ticket system, and in the comments of the plug-in page on your booster.io website) is that the currency conversion doesn’t get applied to coupons. Is any work being done to resolve that?

    Cheers, Jonathan

    Hi Jonathan,

I’ve just replied to you via our ticketing system.

    Best regards,
    Tom
