Basically it is not possible. You should customize base code and can get the result you need.
Not possible and edit base code? I don’t agree with either of those things lol. Offering multiple time formats is possible, and editing base code is never a good thing.

Thank you for your interest in wpDiscuz. I just want to clarify @aghasi’s post. He means that’s not possible with current wpDiscuz version, there is no any option to do this, you should have guessed it. There is not impossible things in programming (almost). Currently the only way is editing files, he is right.
We’ll consider to work around this in near future and add some option. That depends on number of request from our users. We have a lot to do and most of those are requested by wpDiscuz users. As far as I remember we’ve never got such a feature request. You are the first user who ask for this, so it may be added a bit later. And as always that’s hard to provide with ETA, so I’m sorry but I can’t say an exact date yet.
“I should have guessed it?” haha what’s that supposed to mean. I already know this isn’t an option in the plugin hence why I’m posting this feature request.
I don’t expect this immediately. I just know it’d be possible to add this feature so I didn’t know why he said it would be impossible.
This is how Disqus shows the time format by the way, it’s just a little cleaner. Thanks.

saying “you should have guessed it” I meant you should guessed that this can’t be impossible in general, we’d not say it in general mean. Programming is very flexible thing and changing the date format is not so hard to perform. This is just impossible with current wpDiscuz version. And yes, I’ll ask him to be more clear in future posts to avoid such confusions. Thank you for your understanding.
