500 error while uploading media

    Hello,

    after upgrading to version 4.6 i cant upload any media without receiving 500 http error.
    After every error, i came back and refreed media library screen. I could realize that photo is there , but it doesnt show as thumbnail. The thumbnail is blank like a grey document.

    Try changing your theme to default WP theme like – 2015,2016 and then revert back to your theme, also try disabling your plugins one by one and see if that resolves your issue.
