    Hi,

    I’m considering using this plugin and hoped you could answer a question.

    I’m going to be setting up a new site for a client who ships using DHL, could you let me know if it is possible to enter this client’s existing account number from DHL and retrieve the discounted rates given by DHL based on his order volumes?

    Hi Mikey,

    Yes, there is a field called “Request Type” in plugin settings which has an option to fetch account rates.

    Please use this feature to get account specific rates for your account number.
