How to align "Your Email (required)"?

I had some errors into the email form due to not updating the wp and the plugin. Now i updated the plugin and wp to the latest versions and the contact form at:
“Your Email (required)” is not aligned , and it goes over the form, i mean outside of the side box.

Also at the submit button, you can see a word in it: “send” witch is not suppose to show.

Any help with this will appreciate!
