Hello, we had this issue here (http://beginfromhere.com/site/register/) and the solution was very simple, just follow the steps again on the following link:

BUT VERY IMPORTANT: if you have already made a Google Captcha for your website, you should not use the information, you should make A NEW CAPTCHA, so you add again your website to get a new Site Key and Secret Key to use them in your Ultimate Member plugin.

I have installed reCAPTCHA following these steps http://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/72-google-recaptcha from the beginning. I don’t have any other reCAPTCHA installed on my website.
I didn’t understand from your reply which solution you found? Where is it? Should I register here http://beginfromhere.com/site/register/ to see the solution?

FIrst, you don’t have to register on begin from here website on the following link: http://beginfromhere.com/site/register/ I gave it to you as an example to check that the reCAPTCHA is working.
It is so important to make a new Site and Secret key, this is what we did to get the reCAPTCHA work on our website. But maybe you issue is different. So I advice you to get help directly in the forum of Ultimate Member
