Visual Composer can work with custom post types.
But it seems more like you have a page designed out in Visual Composer, that you wanted the [jobs] shortcode on.

We’re not aware of any issues with Visual Composer. Have you tested without it to make sure that is the cause of the issues you’re having?
It may be my theme (massive dynamic). I am having a lot of issues with it. Seems like there are jquery errors with plugins.
As a next step, I’d try testing out a default theme like TwentySixteen along with the Visual Composer to see if the issues you described persist.
I ended up changing to Simple Job Board plugin, but am still having problems. There seems to be some issues with this theme. This new plugin works with TwentySixteen. I’m a little disappointed with the theme, may try something else. Waiting on there support to give them a chance.

Visual composer is not working with wp job manager plugin. I have deactivated visual composer and wp job manager plugin works. Can you please help to remove conflict between both plugin.
