WP Clone Jetpack Site Stats

    Hello,

    Today, I cloned my website to another domain. And the new cloned website contains the Site Stats of the former website. How can I change this to make the Site Stats on the new cloned website unique?

    According to this response by Jeremy, your Jetpack stats are associated with the cloned website because they have the same blog ID.

    Jeremy mentions here that if you reconnect to WordPress.com it should force an update of your settings, which should allow you to track the cloned sites stats independently.

    It seems like that worked. The cloned website is still under development, so when it’s really ‘live’ I can see if the stats for that one will work.
