Help with achieving this affect

    I know this is a custom theme, but I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how I could achieve something Similar.

    On this post, when you scroll down to Dior Beauty Fall 2016 Collection it has an image behind the text. Does anyone have any tutorials or know how I can achieve this using HTML/CSS.

    I know how to add the border and the columns, just don’t know how to get a pic to go behind a block of text.
