disable form validation

hi,

is there a possibility to disable the form validation for a template?
The problem is as follows:
I have two forms for editing the DB data. One for the common user and one for the admins. The admins see some fields that the users don’t see. But if there are some required fields, that are not filled by the user because these fields were added after the user signed up, the admin isn’t able to fill his hidden fields, because he dosn’t know the information that should be filled into these req-fields. So I want to disable the form validation for the admin forms.

I hope you understand what I mean.
