If you want to be sure that the products come in 1 at a time in order, you can set the records per iteration down to 1 during step 4 of the import ( or via Manage Imports > Import Settings for an existing one ): https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/46875707/records_per_iteration.png

Or, if you want to control the Menu Order, you can find that setting in the “Other Product Options” section of the import template.
