• Google puts the contact details mentioned there (email and phone number)before the description of the website itself in Google Search results. How can I prevent them from not showing before the description of the page?

  • are you talking about ther reswults on google.com on in your own website?
    What plugin are you using?

When I put the website in Google Search (skibansko.bg) the contacts appear in front of the description
    Yoast SEO as plugin
    The theme is Smart Mag
URL (mind the contacts above the header): http://www.skibansko.bg/

Wait, I’m still confused. Are you going to ‘google.com’ and putting in ‘skibansko.bg’?

And you want to know how to change the order of the results that google is returning?

Yes. When I put “skibansko.bg” in Google this is what comes out in the results:

Bansko Ski And Snowboard Packs 2016/17. Lift Passes, Airport …
    http://www.skibansko.bg/
    Email us: info@skibansko.bg. Call us (Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00 CET): +359 2 4890885 · Bansko Ski & Snowboard 2016/17, Lift Passes, Equipment Hire, Airport …

I would like to remove Email us: info@skibansko.bg. Call us (Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00 CET): +359 2 4890885 and only leave the description as set for this particular page: Bansko Ski & Snowboard 2016/17, Lift Passes, Equipment Hire, Airport …

Whatever is in your meta description of your page is what Google will use. If you don’t have a description Google will choose a piece of your content. If you want to customize a catchy description (that will make people want to visit) for all your pages instead of it automatically being filled with your post/page content.

you need to play whit the Yoast options and then wait (maybe a couple hours/days) for google to rescan your site.

I see now that the description belongs to the older website, and not the one set for the new webpage. Will wait for the Google bots to rescan. Thanks!
