Embed the pop-up button without shortcode?

    You could use a wordpress function in conjunction with the shortcode like so,

    <?php

    echo do_shortcode( ‘[cm_simple_form id=7]’ );

    We released a major update to the plugin last week. This updated v2.0 contains the following:
    * Major usability improvements.
    * Security updates including transition from using API key to OAuth, captcha forms.
    * Performance improvements, and bug fixes.
