Could not instantiate wp_mail function

    Our website uses 4 forms developed in Cform2. Three of them work great. But the other one, which did work before, no longer works and presents the message “Error occurred while sending the message:
    Could not instantiate wp_mail function.” after the user clicks submit. We made no changes to the form between the time it worked and when it stopped working.
    Please help.
