Resolution Problem

Hello,

I have a problem with the site , specifically believe is the slider that shows or upload the image.
When I get on the item and displays the picture in the gallery, has a very poor clarity , but when I click on it and opens clarity is good .
I have attached a link to a print screen to tell you what it is .
