    I’ve installed the shipping plugin and entered all the relevant test keys. When testing I’m simply getting an error message saying no shipping methods are available.

    This is what I have on the debug notes

    [Severity] => ERROR
    [Source] => prof
    [Code] => 1000
    [Message] => Authentication Failed

    Please help. I don’t have production key ticked in the settings and I have an origin postcode entered. All fields are filled in.

    This error only comes up when you have put in the credentials incorrectly.
    We request you to check our settings up article using which you can get all the information for getting these details from FedEx – http://support.wooforce.com/hc/en-us/articles/207971725-Setting-Up-WooCommerce-Fedex-Shipping-Plugin-

    Ideally you should have received the test credentials from FedEx via email.

    If you think, you are putting in correct credentials and still getting this error, do approach FedEx with the request and response information.
