Is the email address set on the sent form correctly?
Contact > Form > Mail

In Contact Form goes Contact Forms see the form that you did, and click Edit … will in mail and see if you’re set straight your email.

Yep so go into the dashboard, there will be a Contact menu, which is the one Contact Form 7 adds.
Then click on Contact Forms > Forms
Then go into the form or forms that you have created by clicking on the edit, then click on the Mail tab of the that form.

From
[your-name] <your-email>
This field has syntax errors.
Ok, good!
Try it!
In “From” you put the following checks and gives syntax error.
[your-name] <[your-mail]>
It is possible that the error is because you did not put [ ] in “your-mail”.
