Hi @eykendaya!
You should turn on the “force full width” option in here:
http://doc.smartslider3.com/article/399-responsive-mode-fullwidth
because most themes are limiting the size of their contents, but this option is using javascript to calculate the sliders size to go over the limitations of the theme, but sometimes this won’t work either, because css codes could hide the overflowing content. In that case please send me a link to your website either here or to support@nextendweb.com and I will tell you how you can have the slider full width!
Hi nextendweb_gabor! I’ve tried that too.. but still the same.
Here’s the link of my website http://www.servuscor.com/lookbook/
Thank you so much for your prompt reply, I really appreciate it!
Hi @eykendaya
Please contact us on support@nextendweb.com as currently I can’t see Smart Slider 3 on your site, just a “please come back soon” page.
hi nextendweb_ramon, i’ve already fixed the fullwidth issue apparently now my smart slider 3 plugin dashboard is not loading and I could not edit the slides.
I’m kinda losing my patience with this smart slider 3. haha!
Hi @eykendaya
Does it look messed up, like this: http://d33v4339jhl8k0.cloudfront.net/docs/assets/5620be92c69791452ed4c442/images/564dce9190336002f86df06c/file-WNNIy9s6dJ.png
Maybe the problem is that your cache folder is not writable that you can resolve like this: http://doc.smartslider3.com/article/257-messed-up-or-blank-page-in-back-end#cache
But if that’s not the case or the page is simply blank without any links/texts then it can still be that a server limitation is reached. You can make your server to write out that limitation is reached, which you can check like this: http://doc.smartslider3.com/article/257-messed-up-or-blank-page-in-back-end
If you would like me to help, please contact me on support@nextendweb.com and I’ll help you resolve it!
