expired_job_listing action missing?

I am trying to figure out where the “expired_job_listing” action is being called as the documentation is referencing it here: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/tutorial-send-email-employer-job-listing-approved/#section-2

I searched everywhere, but can’t find it. Any help? I assume ites created dynamically, but i still don’t know how it’s called…
