I cannot Remove Tag Cloud Widget From Category Pages

How to remove tag cloud widget from my wordpress category pages. Go to one of my pages, such as https://danscartoons.com/cartoon-category/medical and on right side lower down in green are tags I want off those category pages. I go into my widgets, drag the “Tag Cloud” down to the area at bottom of page to “remove” it but it does nopt work. What can I do?
