Getting: Slow down; you move too fast. Error

    Hey there! I keep getting a “Slow down; you move too fast.” error when trying to comment on certain posts. I have been finding a lot of support requests for issues I have fixed on my own wordpress site so was trying to be helpful but after a few comments it seems like the error just pops up for a day or so. No biggie but if fixable there are a few more questions out there I would like to give some input on.

    Sometimes you get that if you accidentally double click “submit” (but sometimes not). Generally, you’ve replied to a lot of posts over a short time and the system suspects you’re a bot. If you wait more than 30 seconds between responses, it should not be a problem.

    Hey again! Its through this one so my joseph@raptorwebsites.com account. I actually only tried to respond to two posts. One went through and then I noticed there was another issue a user was having that I had an answer on so I tried to answer and got the error. It was late so I saved my answer since it took a while to write and went back in the next day and am actually still getting the error. I figured it was a bot issue so that makes me feel a little better.

    It looks like it is just in the ideas area I am getting the error so no biggie.
