Hi, I’m getting a 404 when trying to use inline link. And email doesn;t send when using email option.

Can download file fine when just using Download id.

This is shortcode being used:

[email-download download_id=”1013″ contact_form_id=”1036″]

http://urbanequityrealestate.com.au/property/playhouse/

It looks like none of the plugin files are accessible (or, at least aren’t accessible for people coming over the internet).

For example, this URL returns a 404 and it shouldn’t:
http://urbanequityrealestate.com.au/wp-content/plugins/email-before-download/readme.txt

Same for this:
http://urbanequityrealestate.com.au/wp-content/plugins/email-before-download/checkcurl.php

And, of course, this is needed to get the download link to work:
http://urbanequityrealestate.com.au/wp-content/plugins/email-before-download/download.php

Most likely you have some sort of security plugin or perhaps webserver configuration that is preventing external access to the plugin files.

Cool, I worked it out.

Plugin folder named itself email-before-download-2

Renamed folder, and fixed.
