    Hello!

    I assume that something is not compatible with the new version of WordPress. I’d start by disabling the plugins one by one and spot the faulty one, if any.

    If that doesn’t work, then the theme could be the issue.

    I agree with @blade.

    Your version of the SimplePress theme – version 4.7 ( last updated 02-04-2013 ) – may also be struggling with a compatibility issue with the latest version of WordPress. Try temporarily switching to the default WordPress theme to see if the symptom changes or not. If so, you may want to check with ElegantThemes and see if they have an updated version available.
